Include Sayings or Words from Songs in Your Album that have been Meaningful to You.
Jot down in a notebook or on your computer a song or something you read that touches you. Once you thought of a song and its spiritual meaning, think of specific pictures that would go with that song for inclusion in your album. Songs are powerful and wonderful way to increase our faith even if it's just a phrase or two.
Use the Names of God in Your Album.
God's names confirm and remind us of so many of His promises. For example, Jehovah Jireh means the Lord provides ~ can you think of moments in your life that could be captured on an album page, "The Lord Provides?"
Jehovah Tsidkenus means the Lord my Righteous.
Jeremiah 23:6, "In his days Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. This is the name by which he will be called: The LORD Our Righteousness."Possible Applications: Who you are in Christ, rest free from sin.
Faithbook Ideas: Pictures taken at salvation or when there's been a victory over a bad habit or situation.
Jehovah M'Kaddesh means the Lord who Sanctifies.
Leviticus 20:8, "Keep my decrees and follow them. I am the LORD, who makes you holy."
Possible Applications: Teachable heart, open ears to hear God's voice, tender heart, sensitity to others.
Faithbook Ideas: Pictures of a new job, ministry, etc. When you knew you heard God's voice giving direction.
Jehovah Shalom means the Lord is Peace.
Judges 6:24a, "So Gideon built an altar to the LORD there and called it The LORD is Peace."
Possible Applications: Peace, joy, calmness, good relationships.
Faithbook Ideas: Pictures of family, relatives friends.
Jehovah Shammah means the Lord is Here.
Ezekiel 48:35b, "And the name of the city from that time on will be: The LORD is There."Possible Applications: God's presence, God's power, God's control
Faithbook Ideas: Pictures of Spiritual events.
Jehovah Jireh means the Lord Provides.
Genesis 22:14, "So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. And to this day it is said, "On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided." "Possible Applications: Hundreds: Money, time with family, wisdom
Faithbook Ideas: Pictures of anything that God has provided.
Jehovah Rophe means the Lord Heals.
Exodus 15:26, "He said, "If you listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you."Possible Applications: Healing in body, emotions, relationships.
Faithbook Ideas: Pictures of anything with healing involved.
Jehovah Rohi means the Lord my Shepherd.
Psalm 23:1, "The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want."Possible Applications: Servant heart, stability wisdom, clarity.
Faithbook Ideas: Pictures of serving others, pictures of Mother's Day/Father's Day, showing stable parents or mentors in your life
Jehovah Nissi means the Lord my Banner.
Exodus 17:15, "Moses built an altar and called it The LORD is my Banner."
Possible Applications: Zeal, covering, unity, clear direction.
Faithbook Ideas: New Year pictures and a commitment to serve Him wholeheartedly; pictures demonstrating new goals or resolutions.
